Q: If I have Boost Call Tones "A" assigned to play for all callers in the afternoons, and Boost Call Tones "B" assigned to play for a specific group of callers at all times, and Boost Call Tones "C" assigned to play for one caller on a certain day, and a train leaves Chicago headed east at 40 miles per hour carrying 29 people... who hears what tone when?

A: A caller’s phone number gets the highest priority. If the caller’s number has a specific assignment, date or time, then that song will play for them as noted. A: The quality of the audio your callers hear is very dependent on the quality of the line they are calling you from.
